To all our Members and Supporters:

It is with a heavy heart that Together SA has to say Farewell.  It was decided by the TSA Board to officially wind up the Association by the end of 2018.
Together SA emerged in 2013 as a social enterprise with a mission to start and grow the Collective Impact movement in South Australia.
Collective Impact was a new approach to tackling old problems. It asked the question, how can we work in deeper collaboration to create sustainable, systemic social change? South Australians rose to this challenge and Together SA was there to build capacity to understand and participate in this work.
We now have 18 Collective Impact initiatives across the state, and the movement has taken on a life of its own.
However, despite this broader success in building a Collective Impact movement, you may be aware that this year has been a challenging one for us. The reality is that the landscape in SA has changed considerably and there is simply no funding to maintain the infrastructure of this state-wide intermediary Association.  Despite our best efforts we have now exhausted all possibilities open to us to secure the necessary funds to maintain the ongoing viability of Together SA as an independent organisation.
So, after five years, Together SA is handing the baton to you all. We encourage you to channel resources into the State’s Collective Impact efforts and focus directly on outcomes for communities, with communities themselves leading the way. We hope that the network of Collective Impact initiatives will continue to share learnings and support each other as they work together to create deep and lasting change in South Australian communities.
The strong message coming from our Members though, is that the Collective Impact movement should and can continue without Together SA – albeit in a different form.  We are pleased that Together in the South will continue through the ongoing leadership of local cross-sector partners and community members.
The Together SA and the Board would like to thank everyone for their contribution to Collective Impact in South Australia. We wish all the best to our fantastic communities who have worked tirelessly and achieved such amazing outcomes.  We believe you will achieve even greater results in the future!
